The aim of these standards is to facilitate improvement of quality of healthcare services at the medical facilities, promote patients as well as healthcare worker’s rights in the process of provision of medical services.

The manual was designed in the frame of the project “Establishment of Children’s long term and palliative care Services in Georgia” and is used at Tbilisi State Medical University as a reading material in series of academic medical programs.

With the purpose to promote these standards, CCRG is organizing relevant study course in Bioethics and Health law, Communication Standards throughout Georgia.

The Course is accredited by the Ministry of IDPLHSAoG accreditation council.
