We help where we are needed. We provide immediate humanitarian aid to people affected by war or natural disaster. As part of our development cooperation, we help people to cut loose and make a living. We focus on the development of health care and social protection as well as  rural development and environmental protection and actively work on systemic changes in Georgia.

Kindergarten plays a vital role in children's early development, so kindergarten teachers and early childhood educators must have up-to-date and evidence-based knowledge to raise children in the right ways. The preschool education system in Georgia is facing many challenges, so it is essential to support this system and take care of its development. Caritas Czech Republic actively works in this direction and helps the Government of Georgia in the reform process. In this article, little Anastasia and Elene tell us what has changed in their kindergarten after new spaces were organized in the educational group and many other innovations were introduced.

With the support of the European Union, Tamar from Georgia, who has a hearing impairment, is helping other young persons with disabilities find employment

In Georgia, the number of young people who are neither employed nor receiving education or participating in training or educational programmes is relatively high. Additionally, there are a lot of young persons with disabilities, internally displaced persons, and socially vulnerable youth who are unemployed and cannot be involved in educational processes. All this results in a large number of vulnerable youths who do not even know what steps they need to take to enter the job market.
